Today my lecturer popped me a question. He started with how is everything going, and then "the question" was "do you really like this subject?"
For the first time, I really stopped to think. The thing is I know I can study. However, what you like, and what you're able to do is two different statements. Of course, when I first join this course, who knew I would love baking so much? (I've just found out)
I don't do things half way through. No matter what I've chosen, rain or shine I'll complete it.
Same applies on the other conditions. There are some things I've failed to complete it in the best situation because I wasn't the only one involved. I could say that I've done my best to save it, but what's gone, is gone. Whats a lie, is a lie. And cheating would be cheating. The truth, I know. Whether to be forgiven, would be another judgment.
Ditto - gym and diets. Though I would cheat on my meals once in a while, I'm still determine not to give up- yet. You'll never know what you could do, if you don't push the limits.
What black pepper could do, maybe you should try it for yourself!
Black Pepper Mussels
1 1/2 tbs finely grated ginger
1 onion chopped
2 tbsp of thai chili sauce
1 tbsp of plum sauce
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
A bowl of water
lots of black pepper
spring onion and parsley.
Steam mussels for 10 minutes. Cook all ingredients in sauce pan and stir in mussels. Then serve with spring onion and parsley.
