I used to pack this for recess during high school. It's been a while since I last had this. I could just eat it like dim sum, with chili sauce, or for dinner, mum would usually make a sweet sauce for it. I like it in both ways.
It's like homemade yong tau fu.
Eggs stuffed with Fish Paste
500g of homemade fish paste
(check out the recipe I've posted) 6-7 large hard boiled eggs
Half the hard boiled eggs. Scrap out 3/4 of the yolks and stuff it with fish paste. Steam it for 10minutes or until cooked. Heat a little oil in a saucepan. Pan fry it until it turns brownish.
